Deep in the back of Jacinta’s mind, Depression, Anxiety, and Borderline Personality Disorder are bickering over who helps Jacinta out more. Suddenly two of Jacinta’s brain chemicals, Serotonin and Dopamine, barge in to disrupt their status quo. They’d met with the other brain chemicals and decided it would be best if the disorders would leave. Yet, as they all contend their reason for helping, it becomes apparent that they all have a role to play. They all discover how Jacinta mentally forged them to help her and realise they might not be as helpful as they believed. These interactions are humorous and poignant as they learn that they all need each other to help Jacinta become a better person.

‘Odd Chemistry’ is a heart-warming comedy reflecting hope and healing. This thought-provoking story states that you are not defined by what you have but by how you work with it to be the best version of yourself.
